Audiovisual fees

The audiovisual fees are one of the key pillars of stable financing of the Fund.

These fees are used to provide film support. All fees constitute a form of tax and are governed, as such, by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code, as amended.

The fees are divided into four basic categories

• the fee for broadcast of advertising
• the fee for cinematographic performance,
• the fee for provision of on-demand audiovisual media services,
• the fee for television rebroadcast.
